I pretty certain I have Angular Cheilitis
I tried using garlic with no results. Aloe Vera cause a red crack to from within the fist use. I am now just using vasaline alone. Can I please have advise on what to do, thank you!

you will either need an antifungal or antibacterial ointment depending on your symptoms
