Is Naproxen 375mg safe for high blood pressure patients? I have to take this medicine for my shoulder bursitis problem.

Naproxen can interact with a few blood pressure medications such as angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers, beta-blockers, such as propranolol and diuretics can damage the kidney. You should inform your treating doctor about the medications you're currently on. Observe for any difficulties after having the medicine if you develop any problems visit the ER at the earliest.
