High blood pressure and anxiety.
I diagnosed high bp 8 months back then my general physician give telma 40 . On that time bp was 140 plus/ 95 plus. After taking telma my bp ok but I have lightheaded feeling and dizziness. Then reduced to telma 20 with that my bp not control if bp over 130/90 and I having dizziness and headaches. So doctor changed to cilindipine 10mg morning and evening 10mg . If take two time doses low bp if one time dose bp not control. Main problem doctor and I observed if bp greater than 135/95 plus I have dizziness and headaches. I have palpitations problem also it is increasing day by day . Ecg and 2D ECHO and mri brain and blood tests all normal. Now doctor give metoprolol succinate 25mg morning and escitalopram 5mg and clonazepam. 25 night. Now some better taking around 2 months. But in evening time my bp raising daily, so doctor said Check bp daily and if it is greater than 130/90 take cilindipine 5mg. Can I take it or can I take amlodipine 2.5 . Doctor said anything fine.

Take clinidipine 5 mg as your doctor has advised.As per your explanation he has prescribed the right medications. Diet consisting of low salt , fruits and vegetables ,and physical activities for atleast 30 mins a day will benifit you.
