Hello, I am getting burning sensation and pain in chest. I am getting some times in some parts of left chest and some times in some parts of right chest. Some times middle of the chest. I am getting this issue while eating, after meal and after wakeup in early morning. I am feeling fully stomach after eating little amount of food. I am facing this issue from last 10 days. I took pan d 40, zerodal dh 40 tablets for 5 days. I didn't get pain those 5 days and 2 days after completing it. Again it was started from yesterday. What is my issue?

My wife 54 is feeling low from last 4/5 days. No fever but slightly bodyache. Feeling of pain in bones. 15/20 min spent in kitchen she is uncomfortable and wants to sit. She has taken paracetamol 1 daily from last 3/4 days. No cough No cold No chest congestion. Slightly heavyness in throat. Need advice.

I have full body pain esp bone pain from last two days . Mostly pain happens in the knee , joint of all fingure and waist . I am doing yoga esp surya namaskar . I think I have over streatch also . No fever . Further more season change is also there of the which I am reactive . I was taking OXI4G as a multivitamin . For us It is totally rainy season . Daily I am taking ROZAVEL F 10 .

My concern is ..that its better not to do covid test right.because anyway its out of control,now its btter to defend right instead govt spending millions for the testIng whole population..
