Flu

Last few days i am constantly feeling tensed for someting either that is current situation , either for my health condition, quite few days i am suffering from GRED i.e feeling something stuck on throat , sometimes blocked nose or sometimes heaviness on throat. I am taking medicine on time also. Although the tension and anxiety constantly running around my mind. Any suggestions what i can do to get rid of this negative thinking!

I have anxiousness since lockdown. I was completely normal before that. I started with some bloating and indigestion issue recently. Now I'm having some chest tightness and heart palpitation after eating and along with that sometimes cough. I feel something in my throat and very nervous due to this issue. Please help me out of this.

7days ago i was suffering from cold n cough only not fever and body ache but now i do not have cold but still so much cough on chest. I took brozeet cough syrup and grilinctus cough syrup but still there is cough on chest. I have been drinking hot water for 7 days. Now please suggest any tablet to get rid from chest cough as soon as possible.

I gone through regular health checkup, report attached, it is 140, doctor prescribed me Rejunex CD3, Papaya leafe extract tablet, and Citraalka for 3 mm stone. Question is shall I take RejunexCD3 and Citraalk before meal or after meal. I feel weakness sometimes.

Since 2 days, I feel a needle like thing in my throat. I don't have any soreness, itching, or any flu. Just, this needle like pressure in throat. And it usually goes away or suppresses whenever I have something hot/warm to drink. Please tell if simply consuming Azithromycin/amoxy clav will do the job?
