Period cramps dosage
Hi i started my period today and have uncomfortable and painful cramps. I've occasionally have them some periods, and sometimes I don't. This time they're a bit more painful than usual so I took a meftal spas around 12:30pm after lunch and that gave me a lot of relief. I wanted to know what the dosage for it is? How much time gap should I give between taking if I have more pain during the next week. Thanks.
