Which is the safest sleeping tablet? Is there any sleeping tablet without side effects? What are the different types of sleeping tablets available?

I had a fever 5days earlier, that time I have taken 2 Paracetamol, and fever reduced. But suddenly I fel from yesterday I can't smell anything. Sore throat also I had last 5days earlier.now sore throat also reduced by gurgling with Betadine. But I am very much worry about that I cant smell anything

I have alergies with dust, Hot-cold conditions, fragrances and weather changes, these makes me hypertension and asthama problem

Hi, The hearing capacity has reduced with age. Around some 40 years ago an acrot tree fell on head. From then she has reduced intake and avoided cold foods as she would feel like cold and sneeze after such foods. She was all fine without any diabetes or cholesterol or any other health issues.Currently she feels a kind of head ache and she feels heavy head sometimes during night. She currently takes medicine for BP once in a day. She is trying to relate the ache to the incident of the tree fall. Is it any medical issue or age related weakness. Since start of covid she has not stepped out of house. Please suggest any thing we should do to help her out.

Hello.. My end of sternum area makes a cracking sound.. I have been dealing with anxiety for long now Is it due to stress. Coz .. middle and upper back also makes a cracking sound some times. Pls suggest.

For the past one week i have severe itching in the groin region which may be seen after i finish my work from kitchen. Hi I am having 1.6 yr baby.suddenly I am not able to sleep.My dr suggest anxit 0.5 mg for 5 days.if I have taken that day is ok.otherwise after 2 days I feel again anxiety.not able to eat.not able to fall asleep.pls suggest shall I take for another 5 days.or it may be dependent.whether I am not able to stop it.pls suggest.
