Hello doctors, my mother had fever from last 2-3 days and she took medicine named "Aldigesic P" paracetamol which reduced the fever however gave side effects. Like now she feels vomiting,loss of appetite, heart burn weakness. Her body temperature is normal between 97.1 to 97.8 armpit. Can anyone please advise??

I am getting irritation  in my throat which is causing cough sometimes when I talk much .No fever , No sir Throat .I consulted doctor and he suggested cepodem 200mg 5 days morning & night and Alex SF syrup 7.5ml morning & night for 5 days but still I don't see no improvement .When I have raw clove the irritation stops . Could you please advise on the same .

I was previously on atenolol 25 mg for 6 months blood pressure is 140/90 or 150/80 now dr prescribed me nebivolol 2.5 Im using now nebivolol 2.5 for 2 weeks blood pressure is in normal range 110/70 but also have disturbing symptoms i take nebivolol 2.5 at night after waking up with fatigue and also full day time sleep. And this fatigue is not badly effect my studies. Please give me advice about this Or should i use half of 2.5 I have no other health problem In 21 age i feel like im 60 no energy and all time tiredness

Hi Doctor, My Mother is having severe heartburn episode from past 1 year. Today she got vomitting and after that severe heart burn and chest pain. Which gets bad when lying. She takes one gas tablet 40mg everyday for this. But still she gets it once or twice a week. I am not sure why. She is under lot of pain.also she doesn't get hungry very often. She has high bp and high pulse rate. For which she takes medication but still pulse rate doesn't goes down but bp is then somewhat normal. Please let me.know what needs to be done.
