Light fever, legs burning and eyes burni

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Am feeling slight feverish and my legs below knee are burning and my eyes are burning, had gone to CBP test attached pic of report.Kindly look and please tell me what is my condition and guide me what to do? Majorly am feeling burning sensation at legs and eyes and feeling weak.
