How to get rid of Dark Circles as in attached image? I do have sleeping problem and sometimes sleep less than required hours!

Hello, I have been struggling with mouth ulcers that I get very often for many years now. I have mouth ulcers almost 2-3 weeks a mo th. Sometimes continuous for 2 mo the too. I apply zytee and coconut oil gargle for temporary relief. B complex hasn't helped me. I mostly eat home cooked healthy food and do indulge sometimes in outside food too. I have found out that I get my ulcers around my periods, when I eat bananas, Jamoon and pine apple and so I have stopped eating them. I am not able to find the other reasons and I literally have ulcers all the time. Could you  help me please ?

While sleeping i feel vertigo and weakness it increases when sleeping position changed please suggest.
