Hi docs. I have done cbc where my RBC was 6.33 and hemoglobin was 17.8, Hepatocrit was 49.84. Note, I had drank beer in moderation a night before and had water and food fasting while giving sample in the morning. I don't have any specific visible symptoms. PFA attached full count. Generally after dinner, heavyness in stomach and pain in chest with muscular pain in left arm, have done Ecg and visited a cardiologist but he has suggested Sampraz 40 tablets but I am not having any relief with this, can anyone suggest what the problem is with my health.
