Hi, I'm facing issues with lack of sleep at night. I'm getting so late sleep sometimes that it is almost morning due to which I m unable wake up early. This in turn sometimes triggering a migraine. Most of the times I'm facing a pain at the base of head. Is there any medicine I can take to trigger a better sleep so that I can wake up early.

1. Unable to get up from bed because of feeling of every thing revolving around. 2. Drank a lot of water 3 times and vomited 3 times. Feeling better now. 3. Advise the precautions and medicine please?

Hello all Since 1 year i am getting pain and sharp sike pain in upper left cornor of my body, its sometimd very sharp and sometime no pain. I had 2d echo and stress test done and no issue were found. I have difdicult is digesting food and lot of gas problem done endoscopy for the same but no problem found in that. I am trying to find why i am getting pain in that are a. Pls help.

I have slightly cold and sometimes I am feeling slightly chills and also my nose is getting blocked. For 2 days I got slightly muscle pains and was feeling low for 2 days but after 2 days those pains never came back. I don't have cough. I went outside before 2 weeks. So should I get tested for covid 19 or not with these symptoms. Please clarify.

I am suffering from mild  fever, body pain and weakness from past 1 day. Unable to walk or sit for long. Had taken paracetamol tablets post which I don't have any fever but the weakness still persists.

I'm a 55 year old diabetic and BP patient ..I'm taking celin 500 for 2 months daily ..now I've stopped for last 15 days ..can I take it daily ? Some people say there is a limit ..I want to just confirm from you ..I'm taking supradyn daily ..Is it ok ? Or I should take Celin along with that ?for how many days ?

My uncle is having oxygen level of 90 to 93 & he is not having any symptoms like cough fever & cold is there any risk covid please suggest me kindly
