Assuming that i touched a contaminated surface and then applied sanitizer(soap and water not available)so then can i have meal without washing hands? Means will it be safe or not? And another thing i want to ask is that the 3 layer ply mask is safe in covid or not when being in an enclosed environment for long hours?

I get a pain in my wrist exactly where my palm ends. I have observed that it mostly happens when i have to write for a long period.the area swells up (as in picture) and it pains. Not able to understand whether the pain is in bone or in the nerves.

I will be provided with a 3 layer ply mask at the centre for which i need to remove my own mask, the interval between the two without mask would be safe or not?
