Blood pressure rise 140/90
My brother age 18 has an mild chest pain and has an high bp i.e 140/90and one general medicine doctor prescribed us a few test done and I have uploaded a test reports.kindly tell me sir what is the main problem,why he has a high bp at the age only 18.currently he is on bp control medication

From the reports i feel he is obese ... So he has obesity, high uric acid, and borderline diabetes... All are causes of hypertension... So he requires urgent life style modification...

His medicines will have to be changed. Once the medicines are changed, his blood pressure will come in control and will remain normal at all times. It is very urgent that you start immediate treatment, as he is just 18 years. If medicines is started early, then he will be completely alright.
