140/90 pressure high
Is 140/90 pressure high ? Do I need to take any medication for this .. I am 30 years and weight 72 kg and take rozavel 10 for dyslipedemia Please suggest or lifestyle changes can cure it .. I do exercise daily 20 mins and eat less outside food and salts also

Hi., I can understand your concern. Make a chart for your bp by measuring 3 times a day for 3 days. By considering avg, we can plan further. Plan for regular exercise and yoga. Avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items. Drink adequate water.

140 /90 is high blood pressure but upto 149 /99 blood pressure can be decrease by changing of good life style as Take less spicy and fatty food and Take less salt and do excercise regularly with yoga and meditation. When blood pressure is more than 150/100 then Take medicine For blood pressure. You can take rozavel 10 mg for dislipidimea .
