It is allergic rhinitis. Try tablet Alday-90 daily before going to bed. Avoid exposure to cold in the morning times. Drink warm water especially in the morning.

It could be allergic rhinitis. It will require proper treatment with a short course of anti histamines. Do you also have fever ? This happens if the person has low immunity
