I'm having pain in my left chest area every night for few weeks now. Initially I thought it was due to bad posture but I think it is not that. The pain I feel inside like heart muscle not a joint pain. When it happens it is painful to breath and move. But the pain goes away in 20 minutes when I wake up. What should I do?

I was having fever on 2nd Nov of 99 F it remains there for 2 days apart from that there was no other symptoms except stuffy nose on 6th my smell and taste lost I get RTPCR done its came Postive with CT value 24. Also I did few other blood test CRP its 9 and D dimmer its 0.27. I am taking medicine prescribe by Doctor.i have no other problem except little stuffy nose smell start coming not fully but yes I can smell. Pl advice my current condition its 10th Day from the first symptom came and when shall I get my self tested again for RTPCR to get negative?

Councelling around CBC report Wbc count is 12000 Hemoglobin is 15 Is there any issue if WBC is 12000 ?

Recently I started to feel very weak from my shoulder to elbow. I am unable to lift things or hold something in my hands for long time.
