I had 38.3 degree fever yday I went to doctor he prescribed azitromycin and paracetamol from yday I'm taking medicines but from today evening I'm having very lite cough so should I continue medicines r again have go to doctor before I had only fever even after taking tab I'm got cough is it okay

I got my health check up around 2 yrs ago. All high BP related tests were done. I feel pain in my legs. I feel weaknesses in tongue/mouth while speaking and little irritation or slight burning sensation in tip of tongue. I have been advised to get my gallbladder operated for stones problem also.
