I felt cold while driving a bike and later night I developed a sore throat. Now I am having flu symptoms with fever. What should I do ?

I get tested on 8 th day as covid Postive with CT Value 24.now Doctor give me standard medicine Fabiflu/Doxycycline/Invertim/limce/Zimcovit for next 14 days. Currently have no symptoms of Covid these tablets are very strong do I need to take all. I completed 3 days Invertin course. Pl advice bit confused do I continue fabiflu and doxycycline.
