Please suggest medicines for dry cough and I have little bit itchiness in my throat. Stuffy nose also

From past few days i have been experiencing runny nose sneezing headache,doctor has given his medicines but still situation is same. I am experiencing body pain fatigue. So can I take any cough suppressant like asthakind dx syrup or else suggest any treatment or medicine for the same problem?? Kindly reply asap??

Doctor m a mother of 7 month old baby boy. I breastfeed him also m having headache since 4 days continuously and having dry mouth and dry throat also. But there is no fever no cough no cold. And not feeling hunger khane ka mn he nhi krta feeling weak what to do ?

Hello sir, my mom has asthma , and from 3 days she is having fever and a bit of sore throat , and today my sister and 3 year old nephew also started having fever 102 C. My moms fever is not there now and her sp02 is 95 and my sisters spo2 is 96.I contacted a local dr he told me it is viral fever and not to worry about corona , he told a lot of viral fever cases are coming in these season so no need to do tests, but I am continuously getting worried as heard about a lot of deaths from corona that too sudden death, my 27 year frnd with no pre existing disease also died of corona without showing much symptoms, so I am getting worried a lot, and In my town if reports comes positive , authorities puts you in sadar hospital where no proper care is given , food is also not provided timely , very confused what to do right now? Two month before my blood pressure suddenly reached to 150/100 at that time I was in emotionaly tensioned and doctor prescribed me VINICOR 25 mg tablet , I want to know sudden spike in BP of a person needs medicine life time now my bp is normal or any long term side effects of this medicine

Both legs are lose sometime left chest is poping and I can't sleep at night does not seem to walk both legs seem to have stopped working

Im otherwise a healthy individual but from 3-4 days im feeling my pulse in my body. If i lie down, my stomach beats in up and down format like heart. If i close my hands and i could feel my pulse from fingers. If i put laptop on my abdomen while lying, my laptop shakes in heartbeat format. Im breathing deeply and feel like i have forgotten to breath automatically. CBC result came normal, no diabates, blood pressure 123/82 (avg) with pulse 67(avg). Please help me, im ready to pay but solve my problem
