Hello doc feom past one week i feel little fiverish every evening in morning till aftrnoon am fine but at night i will little feverish and body pain and my tool is not passing proper.

My father aged 56byears got fever around 100°f in the afternoon. After taking crocin 650 the fever is cured. Right now there is body pain and fatigue. Could you pls suggest any medicine that could cure the body pain. I am ruling out covid because he is working from home .

I was having some pain in neck and my sternum also hurts while getting up from bed and while coughing. Sometimes I've headaches and vertigo too. I also have pain in joints sometimes. So the doctor advised x-ray of neck which shows straightening of cervical spine. I'm mother of 3. My eldest one is 3 years old and younger one is 4 months old. I've cesarean delivery for all 3 of them. Please suggest me what shoud I go for?
