Hi, I wanted to check if Vitamin D supplement can be taken to enhance levels to ward off infections... Is the dosage Vitamin D3 60K IU ok once a week as this had been prescribed to me @8-9 years back due to lower Vitamin D levels Haven't checked recently, but being at home always for last 6 months, J want to ensure I am not deficient

I am taking BP medicine from last 6 months (Olmazest am 20 mg). At the time when I started the medicine my BP was 140/95. Now after 6 months, my BP is 124/92 (measured in the evening) . I am worried about my diastolic reading. Why diastolic is not reducing and what should i do to reduce the diastolic. Recently I had a blood test in that my triglyceride was on higher side. In scale where maximum limit was 199. My triglyceride was 265. I worry that why triglyceride and diastolic BP are increasing. I request to suggest me, how to reduce both triglyceride and diastolic BP. Sometimes I feel mildly my mind is rotating. After food I feel tongue is dry / different feeling.

Due to unknown reason there is sprain in my husband back. This has caused back pain & body tilt on one side due to pain. Tried all home remedies but recovery is very slow. Please suggest.

My mother is taking Olsar 40 tablets for blood pressure by the last 13 years. Can she change it to olmeblu 40? Drug composition is same but their is a huge difference in cost, Olsar 40 is economically Very costly as compared to olmeblu 40. Does different brands of same drug behaves differently ?
