Asked for Male, 33 Years

One of my friend is facing pain in chest area from last one year . He has shown to doctor and he have eaten so many pain killers , calcium vitamin tablet gas capsules however nothing is working .attached CT scan report .ecg is normal.in CT scan report it written left lingula fibrotic scarring
