I've seen many high blood pressure patients drink alcohol in moderation as well as in excess, and their take on it is that u should live ur life normally and don't think too much and moreover you already have consumed your daily high blood pressure pill so it's ok - is their saying. From time to time, I have this painful bump in my underarms. sometimes it comes and goes by itself and other times it oozes and I have to take medicines. Is there any explanation to this? I am having one now, kindly let me know whom to consult. Mostly it happens during summers. Also I sweat a lot.

My right arm bicep suffered blunt force trauma when I slipped and came in contact with a steel tray. There aren't any cuts or bruises on my skin however a small lump occured in my bicep area because of the force, and it subsided in a few mins. It's been a week and my skin has undergone some discolouration (pinkish blue) which is slowly getting back to normal now. However, when I press that area, I notice a small blood clot (hard lump). Otherwise the pain has also decreased considerably. Should I be concerned about the clot?

My whole arm is bruised (became blackish) and painful after donating 4 units of platelets. Briuses are increasing day by day, I consulted local doctor but of no uses. Pls help
