Iam suffering from cervical spondylosis pain from 3 months ,also I have gastritis, taking pantocid for gastritis, but not able to take any other pain medicine,or muscle relaxant, nerve pain medicines, because these medicines are causing more burning like sensation in stomach. in this stage what would be the treatment for my upper back right side pain, because iam not able to take any medicine for this, any injection is there for this which doesn't have any effect on my stomach.

Iam experiencing severe burning like sensation in stomach ,taking pantocid 80 mg tablet from 6 weeks. 3 months back took ganaton total tablet for gastritis for 6 weeks, got relief after that ,but from 2 weeks again feeling burning like sensation in stomach. What would be the reason for this. Not taking any oily, spicy food, doing daily 30 minutes walk.iam not able to sit for more than 15 minutes. what i have to do please reply. Done endoscopy before 3 months, confirmed antral gastritis, fatty liver grade 2.

Sir my under arm temperature from digital thermometer is 98.6 and from IR thermometer it is 98.3 ,can I consider it as a fever? As I am feeling like fever,not that much but a lil bit.

I am 28 years old. My bp is 160/90. Doctor prescribed me eslo 2.5 for b.p. but since 10/15 days I did not take it but tomorrow morning I feel dizziness and tired. My tongue was heavy and I feel vomiting. Is it doing for b.p?
