Flu

Myself and my father have Both IBS and Seborrheic Dermatitis . There is no cure for these chronic diseases .My Quality of life is decreasing with these. Are these heridiatary? Any cure to increase quality of my life .?

I am 28 years old. My b.p is 160/90. Doctor prescribed me eslo 2.5. Since 10/15 days I did not take it. But tomorrow morning I feel dizziness and vomiting. My tongue was heavy and my neck was paining and my head was heavy. Is it doing for b.p or other? I feel so many tired.

Hello Doctor, Currently I am facing below symptoms: 1. Dry cough 2. Dry mouth specially during night 3. Feels something stuck below adam's apple. Even after coughing continually to try to loosen it nothing comes out. Can you please suggest which medicine to refer? Sir my brother platelets keeps on dropping within a gap of two months. In the month of August his platelets count was 20,000 then we admitted him to hospital and gave 4 unit platelets from doner and it increased to 47,000  and brought him home then he was given papaya leave syrup and giloi. Today we again tested and his count is 60,000. I am attaching his report for your advise.
