Then again I started taking it form last 1 month, should I continue to take vitamin d3 60 k? Or I should stop ? Now vitamin b12 level is - 494. Should I continue b12 tablet or I should stop?

What are the various tests to rule out Nasopharyngeal Cancer or Head and Neck cancers? My friend is suffering from tinnitus since a year, and when he moves his neck backwards, the left side which is affected gets flared up and goes back to normal tinnitus after he has contracted back. So he's very anxious and has gone various tests, including brain mri which was normal apart from thickness in ehtmoid air cells. Please suggest some imaging tests to rule them out. He has done brain mri, pta, IA, blood tests, pns xray. All normal. Please help.
