Nasal dryness and red bulge.
I am 19 years old. My nasal passage has been really dry and irritating since like 10 days. I applied vaseline and coconut oil but it worked only temporarily. Now I can see the start of nasal passage's wall has reddish bulge. Is it sinus? What can I do to go back to normal?

Help with medication!
I have been prescribed Neurokind-G for my tinnitus, but it seems when i eat it sometimes i start sweating even if its cold outside and i guess my bp increases, and also i feel my palms to be a little swollen, so, should I continue with the medicine or should I consult with my doctor for these reactions and find alternatives?

Regarding electric shock
Got shock by touching wire carrying 220-250 volts for few seconds.
Got small pinch cut on thumb where wire was in touch with no other symptoms at first.
After 4-5 minor pain in same hand and minor muscle tightness in same side.
1.Are the symptoms due to shock or due to fall.
2.Tetanus shock is required?.
