I have hypothyroidism since 2.5 years now and taking thyronorm 100 MCG. However my yah level has come 7 now. Should I increase my thyroid dosage and I am also breastfeeding my 20 months baby.
I am not having any endocrinologist in my town.
Please help what to do

Please take the tablet exactly at 7:00 a.m. daily in the empty stomach and try it used iodized salt for cooking and eating purpose and once in three months you have to go through thyroid profile test and give the blood sample in empty stomach without taking the tablet at 8:00 a.m..
do not increase the dosage and whatever the dosage you are taking is more than enough and in my opinion you are not taking in a regular timings.
