My wife is invested with Chicken Pox and she is recovering slowly. I would like to know how I can prevent it from transmitted to me and others. Is there any precautions measures I can do to prevent everyone in home?

I have tested covid positive when tested on 2/11/20 and having a sore throat.  I am taking medicine for covid from 3rd onwards. I have no symptom of any fever, cough during these days. Yesterday i had a mild fever. I am talking tablet Azee one daily, Celin tab twice a day and Zinc sulphate one tab.  Steam and gargle also be done daily. I am taking my diabetic medications regularly.  I want to know whether i would take any additional medication.
