I am 27 yr old male with no health conditions. I dont feel fresh when I wake up in the morning. I sleep for atleast 8 hrs every night. It has been an issue since beginning but has got worse past few months. Is this insomnia?? If yes pls suggest a solutions

Hello Doctor my wife is feeling weak, like lack of energy in body. She's getting tired when she do works. But Her body mussels are not paining. I have checked her Body temperature it's below 98. I am feeling itchy, mainly in palms and foot, sometime in whole body for almost last 5 years. Once a doctor prescribed me Atarax 10 tab for this. So after consuming the tab, I feel no itching at all. But I am consuming this tab almost 5 years. Generally I take it after 2 or 3 days. But I am not sure about the main issue. Why do I need to take the tab? Do I need to take it for the rest of my life? I want to know the real cause so that I can stop having the tab. Currently I am having BP medications and had IBS type disease. But I am fine now.
