Suffering from low grade fever (99 to 101)for last 5 days without cold and cough, taking dolo 650mg for every 6 hours. Please suggest me what should i do

My had surgery of fistula before 22 days. Since then he had fever with high temperature. We did covid test befor surgery and after it was negative. But still fever come with high temperature. Is it possibility of covid ? Please suggest any medicine or anything else. Surgon said healing is in process no pus come out. What should I do? Please help

I was tested covid positive on Oct 15th and have been at home isolation. I lost my smell and taste so I tested RTPcr , taken home isolation care from a hospital and under monitoring of vitals.I had no issues and got back my smell and taste. Yesterday I tested again RTPcr result came positive . I am confused now. Do I need to isolate again for 14 days , I don't have any health related issues now.

I felt body and leg pains.feeling not active.suddenly body looks thin.feel like not having ...skin is attached to muscles suddenly.

I have fever between 99 to 100 F even after testing covid negative (from almost 1.5 months). What could be the reason? I have also done my dengue test, malaria test, urine test, lungs scan and abdomen ultra sound.. all were normal.
