Body temp 98.6 to 100.3
My body temp fluctuating from last two days between 98.6 to 100.3. Mostly max temp goes up to 99.7 ocasicanlly its touches 100.3. I have no other symptoms. I am taking dolo 500 mg , limce and Zimocvit twice daily. Pl advice way forward .

Weekness and tiredness
I have lost around 10kgs in two months without doing any diet or exercise. I did sugar test, abdomen and pelvis scan, blood test but everything is nil. Only low thyroid is there that too very mynute Nowdays after having breakfast i will tired and mg heart beat raises and I feel so tired like I have done some jogging.

Running nose, sneezing and watery eyes.
Hi Doctors,
Since last 10 days I get cold, sometime it goes and then comes back. I have little running nose, sneezing.
Sometime when I wake up in the morning my eyes become red itching in eyes and also in the night sometime watery eyes.
Please suggest me something to get rid of this.

I suffered from covid at the end of august. nowdays I have started feeling mildly feverish but didn't mind. today I took the thermometer at noted that my underarm temperature was 99.2 at 10 am. I didn't take any medicine. as far I know 100 degree F is fever. shall I take paracetamol?
