  4. Headache during periods. For 2 days.

Headache during periods
I am feeling headache after my period gets over.Sometimes one sided headache and sometimes whole forehead.After taking paracetamol or any pain killer I get relief.it lasts for 2 days.

Drink plenty of Water and 7-8 hours sleep Dehydration will cause headache
