Hello... I am a 26yr old male.I had stretch marks on lower stomach going around lower back 7 months back. They were itchy and reddish in appearance but have faded couple of months back with less itching. What should I do to remove them entirely???...I have been exercising past 3 months for 60mins each day.

I urge to yawn for last 4 days every time when I can't yawn (incomplete yawning )sometimes I feel suffocated till I don't yawn completely. I have allergic rhinitis which includes symptoms like urge to sneeze, blocked nose, nasal turbinates, post nasal drip and I have gastric trouble also is this yawning problem related to my health problems of allergic rhinitis and gastric trouble

I have b12 symptoms in may it was 174.8 and since I have diabetes as well met with a diabetologist who suggested low card diet for diabetes and asked me to take Becocnx d3 for b12 for 3 months and also to take liquid Entrogermina once a week for 6 weeks in August my b12 was 464 but I started getting electrolyte feeling in my legs and was asked to visit a neurologist who changed my medications to Nuhenz tabs , lyrica 75 and gla 120 but started getting diarrhoea my b12 in August dropped to 364 ... was feeling very week ... muscle weakness and numbness and lack of sleep due to b12 ... medication changed to injections neurobin forte 5 injections for 5 weeks once every 5 days , Antoxid for one month and Lonazep MD 0.25 for 15 days as I could not sleep... now taken 3 injections but don’t notice any significant changes... still feel week ... usually in the evening ... can’t sleep ... pass a lot of gas .
