I have first symptoms (fever) on 2 nd Nov after fever from 5th Nov I am normal no other symptoms except stuffy nose. When shall I get retested for negative out come.

Are you COVID positive?
If not,then self isolate for 5 days and then get the test done for positive outcome.
If positive, no need to retest for negative outcome.Isolation of 14 days required and continued follow up with government Covid authorities or family physician designated for covid patients.
