Fever from 2 days.
I am suffering from fever since two days. The fever is quite high alongwith body pain and headache. I am taking paracetamol and homeopathic medicines right now. Is it viral or something else.

hello get complete fever panel investigations done , blood for haemogram ,urine examination done then consult a physician and decide bye

1.Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast.
2.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever after meals.
3.Tab Allegra M mg once daily at night after meals.
4.Tab Meftal Forte one as needed for high fever resistant to Dolo .(Max 3 Tablets per day)
5. Tab Seradic P one as needed for Joint pain ( Max 3 tablets per day )
5. Plenty of Fluids , Soups , Coconut water.
6. Rest.
7. If any rashes appear, any itching , fever doesn't subside or pain continue despite medicines , get the following tests done.
8. Complete Haemogram, Typhidot, Urine RM, chickengunya IGM, Dengue NS1.

Hi,
Since you have fever with bodyache for 2 days. It may be due to viral illness.
You should continue taking paracetamol and plenty of fluids.
Consult your physician and get yourself examined and for further management.

Since you do not have any other symptoms, viral fever is most likely cause. Continue take just Paracetamol 650mg whenever you get fever. No idea about homeopathic medicine as I am practitioner of Modern Medicine. If your fever continues over next 2 days, time to visit your family doctor to r/o dengue and malaria.
