Mouth sore
There is a mouth sore below my tongue in right side and I am using capsule B complex for 2 days but still no relief us there please tell anything how to get relief from this

Along with bcomplex capsules take tab. Rebagen twice daily for two days.. Usually there is an underlying gastric problem so take tab pan 40mg once Dail for 3days..use zytee or dentagel before eating food wash it off.. Take a mild pain killer if too much pain for one day..
