Hello! Pan won't help for constipation I'm not sure if you are taking Pan for gastritis related symptoms.  More detailed history might help us to give you a solution.

Pantoprazole can be taken But it will not help in constipation For constipation take a probiotic like curd or cap. Yogut daily for few days or for the entire course of TB meds Eat fruit and vegetables in good amounts too add fibre to ur diet Sometimes high protein diet,  can cause constipation too.. If after fruits and probiotics, your constipation persists,.. see a doctor for laxatives and other help
