Will a negative 4th generation HIV test after 4 month changes after 6 months without any new exposure?

My period ended 1 week ago, but I spotted for the first time yesterday. I've been having periods since I was 10 and this is the first time I spotted. Along with that, I suddenly started having chest pain, fast heart beats, dizziness, pain in right arm and ear, nausea, and persistent weakness. I can still eat though, but feel like vomiting after it. What is wrong with me? All this happened all of a sudden out of the blue. I've been on depression meds since last year June, and I will agree that I have a lot of work and stress from school, often never resting, and distracting myself from my depression by working myself. What is wrong with me?

Dear Doctors, My LDL was around 60 - 70 last year but for the past 3 months I had been through an intense period of stress and I did a recent blood test and my Cholesterol has gone up significantly and my LDL is now 115 and Non-HDL cholesterol 140 + , Triglycerides is at 121, along with the spike in Cholesterol levels the frequency and intensity of my Radiating chest pains has increased drastically. Please help. What dosage and duration of Statin should I be taking ? Please help.

I’ve been feeling extremely uneasy—my body’s weak, my head feels fuzzy, and I’m getting dizzy every time I get up. There’s this weird sensation of suffocation, like I can’t breathe properly unless I’m sipping water. I’m also feeling hot and cold at the same time, and my shoulder and arm hurt deeply from the inside, almost like a cramp or a strain. I’ve had ginger tea and a banana, and I’m sipping on salt-sugar water now. I’m not sure if it’s dehydration, exhaustion, or something else, but the nausea and heaviness won’t go away.

I am 43, have slight running nose and cough for 7-8 days . I got my blood tested few days back . I have vitamin D and B12 deficiency . I have started taking I cal 60k weekly for 3 weeks and also remylin dx daily after doctor's prescription. I am having some acid reflux n cold cough due to that as well . Can I take allegra M . I also take eltroxin 75 mcg for my thyroid. Please advise

I have autonomic dysfunction with POTS. I dint have postural hypotension but have blood pooling due to pots. And reduce venous return to heart due to improper vaso constriction in legs. But my bp is 128/76 so hiw to reduce this blood pooling and increse venous return ? Already using compression stocking and more fluids.
