Flu

I had loose stools and  lower abdominal pain. I was advised to take ciplox tz, bifilac, cylopalm twice a day for 5 days. After taking medicines for 2 days i m feeli g severe bitterness in mouth and not ble to eat.please advise. Do I need to complete full course ?

My wife is 32 years of age and is 6 months running pregnancy. Her hemoglobin is 8 gm/dl and SGPT is 60. Is it serious ? Please suggest the next course of treatment.
