You are currently on Bisoprolol 5 mg, a beta-blocker that already helps regulate heart rate and reduce anxiety-related palpitations. Introducing Ciplar LA 20 (Propranolol), another beta-blocker may lead to additive effects. Advice: Do not self-medicate with Ciplar LA 20. If you’re experiencing frequent episodes of palpitations, anxiety, or agitation, it’s important to review your symptoms with a physician. Consider a psychiatric or cardiology consult, depending on the predominant symptoms

Bisoprolol is also a beta blocker. If after taking it, you still have palpitations etc, either the dose has to be increased or molecule changed. Please share details of your medical history and Test results.

Any problem you are facing with Bisoprolol ? We should change the medicine if the first medicine is creating some problem, not "just for a change" . They belong to the same group.
