Ascoril or benadryl
Hi dr i have cough and cold for past 7 days cold is getting better but i have dry cough during sleep and i couldnt get enough sleep itself i have a little baby pls help whether i have to take ascoril d plus or benadryl syrup.i have taken ascoril d plus 10ml till now.

Chericof is safe u can  use ascoril d also. 5 ml twice 10 ml at night. Add steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil. Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals. Montek lc one at night for 3to5 days. No fried, JUNK food.

Benadryl is more useful in dry cough. In addition, do hot saline gargles Get a complete blood picture   stool for ova cyst  done and share results online

If you are breastfeeding mother then you should avoid cough syrup with Dextrometarphan, Chlorpromazine and Salbutamol.  You can take other cough syrups.
