In 2024 March,I was having 5.2 hba1c reading. Today's readings are 5.5 What could be the reason for the spike?

I have Claustrophobia when in closed environment or crowded place. I am going to travel international destination with 5 hrs flight. What medication should I take and what care to be taken during travel. Also when traveling on winding roads I get Nautia feeling and vomit sensation. Kindly advise medication and precautions during travel.

Hi I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism for past 10 months and since then I have been on medication of neo mercazole 10 mg bid. I do check the tsh level after each 1 and half month and values (at start before medication it was 0.02 then after starting medication it chaged to 0.5 and then to 2.0). Once I stopped the medication for a 2 week and checked the values again dropped to 0.75 And I have again started continuing the medication regularly. Is it normal to happen or do you think I need to change the medicine? Bcz I have been on medication for past 10 months and I think it's been long..Is this normal?

My wife age 27. She sleeps proper 7 hrs daily after that she works house work and also goes for job 10 hrs...last year she had gall bladder removal surgery.. Everthing is fine post surgery.. But now she is complaining of feeling tired whole day...and feeling of sleep all day...even after having 8 hrs sleep. She also complaints for breathing problem sometimes. And body ache specially on leg...calf Please advise us the treatment or any medicine or test???
