Cannot focus on moving objects
Hello, Whenever I see any moving objects i can't focus on them and I feel dizzy all the time with lower head heaviness. There is a lot of pain in the left ear. I was subjectively diagnosed with cervical spondylosis but not done MRI. Could the problem of not focusing on moving objects be related to it. Thanks

Hello, Your symptoms—dizziness, heaviness in the lower head, inability to focus on moving objects, and left ear pain—could potentially be related to cervical spondylosis, especially if it’s affecting the vertebrobasilar circulation or spinal nerves. However, other causes such as vestibular neuronitis, inner ear issues (labyrinthitis), or even visual disturbances must also be ruled out. It’s important to do the following: Get an MRI cervical spine to assess the extent of spondylosis. Consider an ENT evaluation for inner ear issues. A neurology consult may be needed if symptoms persist or worsen. Early diagnosis can prevent complications and help tailor your treatment—be it physiotherapy, vestibular rehab, medications, or postural corrections. For a detailed assessment and personalized step-by-step management plan, feel free to consult me directly on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two. Take care! — Dr. Shivam Mishra
