Ibugesic plus syr half teaspoon three times after food or feeding.
Augpen duo kudu syr2 ml two times after food for five days.
Montek lc ko syr 3 ml at night.
ALWAYS BETTER TO CONSULT PAEDIATRIC DOCTOR AS KID IS TOO SMALL.
NEED BLOOD WORK PROBABLY.
