Hello, at your age a sudden change like dark urine with fever and some back pain can point to an infection, most commonly a urinary tract infection. Sometimes dehydration can also make urine dark, but since you also have fever and back discomfort, infection needs to be considered more seriously. For now, make sure you are drinking enough water, at least 2–3 liters a day, as this will help flush the urinary tract. Avoid holding urine for long and avoid excess tea, coffee, or alcohol. You can take paracetamol if fever is troubling you. But since fever and back pain have started together with the dark urine, it’s better not to ignore this. Please consult doctor soon so they can check you, do a urine test, and if needed start antibiotics. If symptoms suddenly worsen — high fever with chills, severe back or side pain, burning while passing urine, or nausea/vomiting — you should see a consult a doctor immediately, even the same day. Most of the time with proper treatment these infections settle well. I hope it help you thanku 😊

It could point toward a urinary tract infection
Next Steps
-Hydrate well – drink plenty of water. -Get a urine test (urine routine & culture) as soon as possible. -Take Paracetamol for fever
Health Tips
Keep yourself well hydrated — sip warm water frequently (not just a big glass at once). This helps flush bacteria from the urinary tract and also prevents your urine from concentrating, which can reduce pain/irritation. monitor your temperature every 4–6 hours and note if you get chills, worsening back pain, or vomiting.
