Can Cervical spondylosis patients takes covid vaccine ?. Is there any special precautions for them ?

Hello sir I've blood in stools two months ago done endoscopy doctor told mild gastritis after that large inguinal scrotal hernia open surgery done but my bleeding won't stop my stools are dark yellow and brown stools mixed losing weight lost 12 kg in 5 months can it be stomach cancer or colon cancer??? ???

Dear sir past 4 months iv4 problem in my poop tight with blood ,dark stool. light colored stool. mixed colour stool, poop with blood stains, and also done inguinal surgery and endoscopy report normal but I don't the cause for problem

Dear Doctors, When should I take vaccination. I tested positive for Covide on May 5th. Tested negative on 22nd May. When should I take  vaccination on August 5th or August 22nd. Please advice.
