Hi doctor ,it has been 2months I recovered From covid , planning to visit my parents in another place , should i do RTPCR test before visiting them?

Hello I had pin and needles sensation on left leg and it slowly progressed to left arms, right legs and arms too. I was asked to go through blood test and my HbA1c is 5.7% and average blood glucose is 117mg/dl. My total cholesterol is 246mg/dl with hdl at 40 and ldl at 179 and triglycerides at 186. My tsh is 1.48 which is normal. Uric acid is at 8.2 mg/dl. I have vitamin d deficiency with 4.2ng/ml and b12 is normal 386pg/ml. My weight is 82 kgs and 33 year old with no history of diabetes. Yet my pain is consistent and have burning sensation usually at night. I was asked to take Matilda forte for 15 days and leave after that. But after I left I am not able to concentrate and pain has increased again.i had a instance where my left arm and left leg felt like they are on fire and severe burning sensation. Please help, as I have no proper diagnosis after contacting many doctors.i don't drink alcohol or smoke and I am not on medication.

From past 2-3 months my weight has been increased with low energy. i am on weight management diet and still not been reducing but now have started gaining weight back

My neck and knee are becoming black and no medical issues in past and I do exercises also and not dry skin I HAVE oily skin

Hi doctor, I was covid recovered 3 months back. My hrct co-rads score is 1. I have used fabiflu, dolo and multivitamins. And I was in home isolation. But I am hearing some news saying covid is impacting others parts of body like heart. Is it true? And also what medical tests you suggest after covid recovery? Thanks

Is it fine to take Vitamin B12 capsules daily for lifelong? I'm currently taking Matilda Forte capsules along with Folvite tablets. Please advise.

I have my vaccination scheduled on upcoming Saturday. But today a needle got inserted in my leg, so I took titenus . Will I be able to take the vaccine on upcoming Saturday. If not, please suggest after how many days I can take it.

I felt a lump in my left breast and subsequently went in for a check up with a gynaecologist. She could not feel the lump on physical examination but still prescribed a USG where no abnormalities were found and hence I was given nothing as treatment. However, I was not satisfied with the USG results and hence after two months I again went in for another USG and this time I was detected with BIRADS 3 lesions in both breasts. I consulted another gynaecologist and she told me there's nothing to worry and I was completely fine. Getting assurance from two gynaecologists that I am fine I dropped the issue. However, I found yesterday that my aunt (my father's sister) got detected with breast cancer. When I googled it, I found BIRADS category 3 still has 2% chances of becoming malignant and it advices follow up USG after 6 months! I took my last USG in December 2020! Because of covid I am hesitant to go to a lab for another USG right now. Kindly suggest what to do. My USGs are attached.
