Hie , due to pandemic my work is been carried from home and I have complete sydentry work. The walking from my schedule is completely cut down . Due to that I have gained 10kgs . As my work schedules is little tight I don't have lots of time to go out for walking and excercise . So I wanted to invest in a treadmill. Is it ok if I use treadmill to add brisk walking or so in my schedule? Please suggest
